  Everything about it is very convenient. It’s inside my HEB and has weekend hours. I use it for Amazon returns usually, so it keeps me from just keeping bad online orders out of inconvenience.

  I live in this area and have used this UPS Store multiple times. Based on my experience, I felt I was treated differently. I saw the employee warmly smiling and being very friendly to the white customer before me, but when it was my turn, the service felt cold and less welcoming. Honestly, each visit has left me feeling worse, and I left the store feeling uncomfortable and a bit on edge. In this day and age, why treat people differently based on who they are? Please treat all customers with the same respect and professionalism.

  They are offered Sunday working this place, in notice board and they are not open Sunday here? Very disappointed. Waste time?

  This location has the best staff, especially Kaylin! I needed to ship a package and stopped by one morning and Kaylin went out of her way to assist me with my needs. Not only was she patient and helpful, she was kind which goes a long way in my book. This location is also super convenient as it also allows you to grab items from the grocery store before or after utilizing their shipping/mailing services as needed.
