  Me encanta comer en subway pero odio que nunca hallan Chips qué NO sean picantes.. casi nunca tiene papitas de sour cream. Hoy fui le comento a la muchacha latina q estaba y viene y me dice q a su jefe no le gusta comprar de esos Chips porque no se vende y se enoja conmigo porque no quise escuchar su sugerencia para escribir un review " chica yo escribo lo que me de la gana no lo que tu quieras". Y para el colmo como no quise escuchar lo q ella quería que yo pusiera me dice grosera porque le dije yo pongo lo q yo quiera no lo q tu me digas. Y me cobra y se va pesimo tu servicio y profesionalismo. Recuerda q el cliente escribe o se queja bajo su opinion no lo que tu pienses y grosera tu q si tu jefe ve las cámaras verá q hasta me cobraste y t largaste sin darme todo lo mio me lo dio tu compañero . Muy buena la comida pero no tolero q alguien me diga q debo opinar en un país q es libre . I love eating at Subway, but I hate that you almost never have chips that are NOT spicy. They rarely have the sour cream and onion chips either. Today I went in and mentioned this to the Latina employee who was working. She told me that her manager doesn’t like buying those chips because they don’t sell and that he gets upset about it. Then she got upset with me because I didn’t want to listen to her suggestion about what I should write in my review. Girl, I will write whatever I want. I’m going to write my own opinion, not what you want me to write. Then, because I didn’t want to listen to what she wanted me to put in the review, she called me rude after I told her, “I’ll write whatever I want, not whatever you tell me to write.” And to make matters worse, after charging me, she walked away without giving me everything I had paid for. Her coworker had to give me the rest of my order. The food was very good, but your customer service and professionalism were terrible. If your manager watches the cameras, he will see exactly what happened. Remember: customers have the right to write reviews and complaints based on THEIR OWN experience and opinion, not based on what an employee thinks they should say. I should never be told what I’m allowed to write in a review. I’m free to express my own opinion, and I will write what I honestly think about my experience.

  30 Minute wait for a 6 inch!?! That is ridiculous. I ordered ahead too keep that in mind.

  The staff and management are awesome and cooler than a fan very welcoming!!!!! So don’t be shy Hutto stop by your subway and enjoy your favorite subs !!!
