  This has always been my go to location. They had nice people, good services, quick lines. Suddenly if you have a prepaid label, you can't drop your package off at the counter, you have to place it in an open bin out on the floor. I tried to get the girl to take it, but instead she walked me through scanning it myself and leaving it in the unprotected bin. I could have figured it out myself, my issue was I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there. She told me not to worry, she would be in the store the whole time. If someone wants to take off with my package, not a lot she's going to do about it, especially if she's busy. Same for Amazon returns, you put them in a bin and hope every single person who comes in is honest. Not to mention they took the computer away that was available for printing off documents. Now if you want something printed, you have to give them your thumb drive or email it to them. I'll find another location to go to from now on.

  One employee wouldn’t even look up from her register when I was in line. Even a “sorry I’m closing the register “ like no problem 😊 but didn’t say a word.. rude. then it was return item and wouldn’t help just said the mechanic is over there then they see I had trouble with the bag and FINALLY helped but I just felt so unwelcome..

  Friendly service! the Amazon returns are always easily accepted... there is help from an employee ,or you can do it on your own at the kiosk.

  The employees are so glum and borderline rude. They typically do not respond to a greeting or a thank you and behave as though they are being held hostage. They do a good job and that's all I go in there for. Certainly not for the good cheer. I find that when the majority of employees act as though they hate their job, it is a reflection of management. Just saying.

  When I arrived there were 6 people ahead of me, all I need to do was drop off Amazon return. I just knew it was going to take at least 30 min. I was never so happy to be wrong, I was out of there in less than 10 min. Fast, friendly and helpful service!
