  We went to do an Amazon return. On the store website it says they close at 7pm we arrived at 6:45. The guy inside was shaking his hands in a “no, we’re closed” jester. Come to find out the store closed at 6:30.

  Came to drop off a package and the guy working here didnt even want to help because it needed a piece of tape, iv’e gone to other ups stores and they have taped a box for me with no hesitation. I guess he didnt want to work today.

  We did a return today we did have quite few packages the guy name Leo was really off putting and rude from the start. Before removing the packages from our vehicle I informed him I did have multiple packages to return to prepare him so we can get the help we need. Instead he was very rude not helpful at all really made the whole process just horrible. Didn’t even verify packages just very off putting. Won’t be coming back i rather drive far away. Staying away from this place.

  Every single time I go here which is alot, the white guy closest to the door seems to be highly stressed out! When customers ask him how he's doing, it's :fine"! Are we the ones working there? Shouldn't he be the one asking us? He will close his eyes and make big sighs! If he doesn't like it, find another job!!! I can see why he doesn't wear a badge with his name on it! That is awful customer service! No wonder this store has such low ratings and reviews!!! You need new management or something!
