I have used this location several times recently and Jon is the most knowledgeable and helpful person I think I’ve ever met! He is very patient with us who aren’t too savvy with the files and such. I know I can get stuff done here with Jon!

I returned my phone here to this location and the recipient told me they received it with nothing in the box. Someone here stole my phone. Causing me a $865 loss for an iPhone 17!!! Very disappointed and this is my very first experience with this store. Everyone beware from the Hurst FedEx store. They'll steal your stuff too.
