  Order on 8/26/26, checked my sides to make sure they were correct because this location likes to leave things out all the time. I should’ve checked the boneless wings though!!! They were so burnt that the chicken was darker than the sauce! All you could taste was burntness! Order online so it could be done when I got there and still had to wait. If I knew my food was going to be that bad, I would’ve gone somewhere else 😒 I’m starting to think that this location is just a huge joke. I guess next time I want wings I will have to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Don’t waste your money coming here! Contacted corporate and even sent photos but still waiting to hear back. 0/5 stars I’m updating my review. It 8/27/26 and I took my burnt wings up to the store. The young man running the shift apologized after I showed him the wings and offered not only to remake the wings but the whole meal. This young man deserves a raise for knowing how to make sure his store excels at customer service!!! I rate this young man a 100/5 for being an awesome person!

  8/21/26 They'll let you order the combo,give u a cup, knowing they are out of of tea and the soda fountain is broken... I asked if more tea could be made and the answer was NO "we only make tea once" Cashier was friendly , the other girl making the orders hates her job

  Today I went to the store to pick up my order, but it was extremely hot inside. The employees looked very uncomfortable and stressed because of the heat. Overall, it was a bad experience. Thank you.

  We ordered multiple flavors and nothing had enough flavor to really taste anything. Also some were over crispy while others were barely cooked. They only things I can honestly say I was happy to eat was the corn niblets, fries (after I reheated in air fryer), veggies and ranch dip...I could of done without the chicken all together.
