  Food is usually made correctly and ready for pickup when I arrive. However, it can be frustrating because you can put in an online order and they won't start working on it till the people in line (that show up after your order was supposed to be ready according to the app) order and pay. This has led to multiple instances where I had to wait 20-30 minutes longer than the initial 30 minute wait, watching several people who just got there after me get their sandwiches made. It's only happened a couple of times, but is really inconvenient when it has happened.
