Store manager named Destine refused to remake my order after the app messed up. All I wanted was a sub with no veggies. The app gave me veggies. She just shrugged her shoulders and said theres nothing they could do. Very unprofessional.

I was mischarged on a transaction and was told I would receive a refund. Waited a few days after nothing had shown up on my account and called the store. They told me to wait longer. A few days passed and I went in to talk in person and they said there was nothing they could do and refused to process a refund for me. I've called multiple times since and asked for the owner to call me but have heard nothing. I will NEVER go back to this store.

The three employees on shift 3/12/26 around 1:15pm were efficient, and kind. Having been a past subway employee myself I was able to appreciate their willingness to customize my order to my preferences.
