I changed to this insurance when I got a new car. When they wanted my business, communication was great. When they needed more information, they sent one email. I didn't know anything about it and didn't see it. Next thing I know, I get a cancelation notice. I contacted them, went by the office, and provided the information. Two days before cancelation, I get a voice-mail. My proof of insurance was not sufficient. When I contacted them again, I was told I'd get a call the next day while I was at work. No call. No message. No insurance. Weekend. Monday, they called at 1130 to say my insurance was reinstated. No thanks. If I'd had an accident over that weekend, I'd have been out of luck and uninsured. Insurance agents/companies are supposed to do more than just collect money and push buttons. No apology either. I contacted customer service. They did nothing but say they understood my frustration.
