  I'm really not big on leaving bad reviews. However, if I could give zero stars, I would. This order was placed today via UberEats. The chicken is not fully cooked. The fries were mixed with "well done" and soggy old fries. Luis, the manager, refused to simply replace the order stating it was prepared the way it came in on the Uber request. The chicken is gummy, I was unaware that it is necessary to select "cooked all the way" was necessary. The chicken was warm, but not fried thiroughly. Luis's rebuttal was that it was cooked for 10 minutes, per their standard ( or something of that nature). Please reconsider using UberEats promo codes as instead of saving money, we have wasted money.

  I had a great experience at Wingstop thanks to Luis. I initially had an issue with my fries, but he stepped in right away, introduced himself professionally, and made sure to resolve the situation. He even brought me a fresh batch of fries to taste first to make sure I was happy with them before completing my order. That level of customer service really stood out. He also thanked me for coming in, which made me feel appreciated as a customer. Luis turned a small issue into a great experience, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent service.
