  Very disappointed with Wingstop. This happened not once, but twice—I found black hair in my food, including the fries and wings. That is completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. After bringing it to their attention, they offered to remake the order, but would not give me a refund. At that point, after already finding hair in my food twice, why would I still want to eat the same food after the fact? This isn't about getting a free meal—it's about food safety, cleanliness, and basic quality control. Finding hair in someone's food once is bad enough, but having it happen twice in the same experience is unacceptable. Wingstop needs to do better with their food preparation and hygiene standards.

  Cooks are too worried about posting videos for social media rather than making orders. Super slow service. For online and in store orders. Wouldn’t recommend
