  I ordered carry out and when I went to pick up my food I realized I didn’t pick the boneless. I was very bummed but Fernando offered to make it right. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Wings are top notch. Fries are bomb.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a HUGE shout-out to the general manager at Big Wings on Atascocita Road in Humble! I had a misunderstanding when placing my order through the website and then calling in, and I want to make it clear that the misunderstanding was on my end. It was absolutely NOT the fault of the young lady working the front desk. She was so polite, sweet, and helpful throughout the whole situation. The general manager immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to make everything right. She had all of my food remade fresh, made sure my order was correct, and got everything out to me quickly. She was professional, understanding, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Big Wings needs to give this woman a PROMOTION AND A RAISE! 👏 She handled the situation exactly the way a great manager should, and her customer service really stood out to me. And again, a big thank-you to the young lady at the front desk as well. She was incredibly kind and polite, and none of the misunderstanding was her fault. Things can happen, but having employees and management who care enough to make things right is what makes a business stand out. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ll definitely be back! ❤️🍗

  Very disappointed with Wingstop. This happened not once, but twice—I found black hair in my food, including the fries and wings. That is completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. After bringing it to their attention, they offered to remake the order, but would not give me a refund. At that point, after already finding hair in my food twice, why would I still want to eat the same food after the fact? This isn't about getting a free meal—it's about food safety, cleanliness, and basic quality control. Finding hair in someone's food once is bad enough, but having it happen twice in the same experience is unacceptable. Wingstop needs to do better with their food preparation and hygiene standards.
