  I love going to this UPS location! The customer service is always amazing, and I’m never waiting long. Ariel is always so friendly, kind, and helpful, and honestly, the entire staff is wonderful. They make every visit quick, easy, and pleasant. Definitely one of my favorite UPS locations! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The customer service I received was excellent. Melanie and Liv were pleasant and had smiles on their faces. They helped each customer with a sense of urgency to get the line down.

  I was at this store on 19th August 2026 around 12.30pm. The lady who attended to me was very rude and disrespectful over her mistakes. I will never visit this store again

  Totally unwelcoming experience. I had emailed a file to print. I was notified of the self serve kiosk. I was confused because every other ups store I have used to print allows customers to email to the store (which I had already done). After politely asking for clarification, I was told that if I didn’t like it I could print at home or go somewhere else. I just moved to the area and drop off my shipments for my business daily. I guess I will go to another location.
