  I go to this location often due to it being close by. The other day i ordered a couple sandwiches and one didnt come with any sauce even though on my order i asked for extra. The employee did not even let me know that it was missing when picking it up. I ordered again today they only had 3 options of chips and employee did actually let me know today they had none of the sauce i asked for. So i really just wanted a refund at this point. It was difficult to communicate with employee due to a language barrier. She gave me a number to call and i called 8 times with no answer. Another customer was able to translate for me and i was able to get a manger number. That was able to help me out. The employee at store sarcasticlly offered me a cookie which i refused but did not appeciate her sarcasm in my frustration.
