  Came in at 10pm on Wednesday June 10, 2026 and the lady working kept turning customers away saying she was done for the night because she had too many online orders to make and it was just her working. They close at 11pm and in person customers should take priority.

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! This one had the audacity to put a middle finger up when I stated I was calling Management.

  This is the worse location!!! I really wish the store would close. EVERYTIME I come here it's always something. First off the employees horrible their lazy and don't want to work. They make their own hours up they close the store in the middle of the day as well before closing time. Their Customer service is never good and tonight the curly head boy turned away three customers because he was the only person there.

  Refund policy is a Joke! The employees are NOT allowed to give refunds in store without outside approval. I had to call 3 different numbers and the head lady answered and said she was busy, let her call the store then hung up on me. What kind of franchise are they running in here?
