  Horrible customer service and will charge you more than menu price. My receipt rang up my sub of the day mean for more than 6.99 and when I asked them about it, all they told me was they don’t know why it charged me more and didn’t try to fix it. been to this location about three times and every time I have a horrible attitude and are rude. Will not be returning I would recommend going to the Westlake Houston Parkway location near H-E-B

  The reviews here are accurate. When I 1st walked in on Monday at 11:30am, I needed to use the restroom before I ordered and the female "manager" didn't give me the code to the restroom. When she finally gave me the code, I walked back to my car to grab my iPad and then order, she says "that's all you wanted?!" Just rude. Why would I pull up to a subway to just use the restroom... They just slopped my sandwich all together. I asked them to dine in, but they handed me my sandwich as a takeout. Hire a better manager that has characteristics of a manager instead of a teen. Subway, why should I I have to read reviews on you're establishment before I enter nowadays? It's like y'all just hire anybody.

  Believe the bad reviews at this location...they are all true. Terrible service. Rude girls behind the counter. Food is obviously NOT fresh but they will lie and say that it is. This location should be closed. How embarrassing for the company. STAY AWAY!!
