I had such a great experience at Subway thanks to Nicolas! He was seriously one of the nicest employees I’ve ever met. He greeted everyone with a smile, stayed super patient, and made my order perfectly. You can tell he actually cares about customers and works really hard. Even when it got busy, he stayed calm, friendly, and positive the whole time. Employees like Nicolas are the reason people come back. Subway is lucky to have him!

Veggies and meat were warm, the ranch tasted fake or light and ruined my protein bowl.
The gal was nice but didnt know how to refund. I walked away hungry and dissapointed.
Subway I expected better.

We were getting insurance next door and 15 year old daughter went to get a sandwich. Guy behind counter asked her how old she was and she said twelve. He said just ripe. Disgusting

worst experience ever. never have i ever gone to a subway & received terrible experience. i wanted lettuce & this lady puts like 4 little pieces & i kept asking for more & she added 4 more pieces of lettuce. like i want more lettuce , i'm the one paying for it. & she's over here complaining how she won't be able to close the sandwich. & i tell her i've gone to tons of subways & they're able to close it. it was ridiculous, like i'm able to put what i want. & then she thought i didn't speak spanish so she over talking bad about me to her coworker, while i'm about to pay. so i just left the store. not gonna pay for a sandwich i don't want & receive terrible service.
