  I am Treasurer for HMGT Liberty County. The past Treasurer did not leave me any labels for reports. I went in frustrated because none of the previous locations could help. I was so relieved when I asked if she could help!! She said yes and quickly took care of printing the label and shipping my report. This is a full service location@!

  Kristina was so helpful and so kind, she helped us with printing out a label and any questions we had on what size of package was best for what we needed to be shipped. We were having a bit of an issue while trying to print the label but she didn’t hesitate to come and help us!

  In the past I have given the store a great rating. There were two guys that really understood not only shipping and printing but that the most important part of any successful store is customer service. The new manager Tanya is so out of touch that I really doubt she knows how rude and unhelpful she is. I'm sure some people can vouch for her but I've dealt with her 3 times so far. I'm not someone that uses fedex daily or even weekly. Should that make a difference? I tried to print some invitations. I was not familiar with the print and go service. She talked down to me the whole time. The experience was very negative & I still don't understand the service. I sent an AT&T modem back to the company on another occasion and that should have been a quick & painless process. Again, she was rude & I ended up taking the box provided with me because she couldn't be bothered with trash? Just today I'm trying to print some invitations for Halloween. Her attitude is negative again & she can't find my email. I just walked out because it wasn't worth it. It seemed more important for her to flirt with the doctor behind me. When you interact with customers by talking down to them, making them feel ignorant & unimportant, being unwilling to help & seeming bothered by work leads to a lack of customers. Maybe that's her goal.

  The manager of this establishment is incredibly rude and talked down to me when all I wanted was copies. She outta fix her attitude before someone fixes it for her.
