Da'Nesha is the BEST. I walked in at 5:05pm and out of nowhere, the electricity cut out from the entire Walmart and FedEx too. All the machines were down including the network. But even then, Da'Nesha got everything figured out for me and even called as SOON as everything was back up 15 minutes later at 5:20pm. I had to make it to an appointment by 6pm and she got me out the door by 5:25pm! Thank you Da'Nesha!

Denisha and her team were exceptionally busy, however, they still managed to squeeze my order in and get it done timely as well as accurately. I appreciate their helpful and friendly service.

I am Treasurer for HMGT Liberty County. The past Treasurer did not leave me any labels for reports. I went in frustrated because none of the previous locations could help. I was so relieved when I asked if she could help!! She said yes and quickly took care of printing the label and shipping my report. This is a full service location@!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Hours say they are open 9 to 6. Showed up at 1:40, and they were closed for lunch. I missed my own lunch to drive to the Kingwood location. Super frustrating.
