  Its sorta like self serve atmosphere, but in the case you need help. Workers not very helpful, attitude was greatly seen! Had multiple problems, would not help

  TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT USE THEM FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! I had an extremely frustrating experience with this location. Their staff failed to request all the necessary information when processing my international shipment, which resulted in my package being stuck in customs for several days! Their shipping service was already very expensive, so I expected them to handle the process correctly and professionally. To make matters worse, when I returned to ask for assistance, they simply told me there was nothing they could do to help. Expensive service, poor customer support, and a complete lack of accountability. I would NOT recommend them

  The employees were amazing and very nice. You can tell they have a lot of experience because I came in with my modem and they already knew what to do I was in and out with in 2 min great place, i highly recommend it.
