  I was with metro for 8 years switched to this place she made me get the 60 plan she also add 8 phone protection after I said not tothe first thing I asked she can I change it to the 35 plan on my next bill because I'm on disability in can't pay 60 she said yes well my bill is due on the 7th I'm trying to change it they say I can't for 3 months I would never have changed I'm I'm about to be with out a phone
