  Not happy with this place at all. My husband booked us a room with the jacuzzi for our date night & when we arrived we were told that we did not get that room & instead got a room that has a sofa. The front desk lady said that they have the wrong picture with the room on the website.

  like where do i start. exterior curb appeal and lobby is good. rest everything needs a full overhaul. booked a suite with kitchenette and no utensils or cookware provided in the unit. front desk will provide some cookware but not cooking utensils. bizarre policy. room interior is terrible with stains and dirty carpets. daily breakfast is boring as hell and sharp at 9AM they shut down all machines. a detention facility has more respect for occupants than this place does. after this stay i chose to cancel my BW rewards account, it was so pathetic. what is more scary is how did this place honestly reach a +4.0 rating on Google.

  Been staying here for 8 years and the only issue is the breakfast has been going down hill each year. The quality is horrible and does not even look appetizing. No one wants a microwaved breakfast. Will continue to stay here because the service is excellent and the staff are courteous and helpful. No real complaints about the rooms. Just PLEASE upgrade the breakfast

  Very nice hotel the staff is always friendly the rooms are always clean
