  I called 2 minutes before closing on a Saturday night & honestly didn't expect an answer. The guy who picked up was very helpful, looked up the uncommon car battery I needed verified it to be in stock before I made the drive the next day. When I apologized for the timing, he said it was not a problem & was very professional. Pickup went smoothly too, they brought the battery right to the counter & got me all set up. My vintage car is happy too...I didn't realize how bad the old battery had gotten until I put this one in...what a difference! Wish I had gotten names of the guys there, but they were both helpful. The guy at the desk answered all my warranty questions, but when I had a car question he didn't know the answer to, he honestly said as such (which I appreciate, rather than a BS answer). The guy I had talked to on the phone chimed in with a good answer, so they seemed to make a good team.
