  I've been with Horace bridges office a while now with no issues ever. Until here recently, my monthly payments went up almost $100. When I called I spoke to Beverly cox who didn't really explain much as to why that happened but said she could write me up a new policy to get me closer to the amount I was paying before. i agreed and she explained she would have to charge me $225.05 today and the charge for $313.63 would be refunded in a few days. She also added in there "not sure how that's going to be possible for you since you said you couldn't afford the $313.63" basically saying how can I pay $225 upfront without the refund first since I "couldn't afford the jump in price" very professional right. This conversation was on a Tuesday or Wednesday. She said she would give me a call back Friday in regards to my refund status which she didn't, I had to be the one to call. She then made a comment along the lines of dreading calling me because it seems my refund is only going to be $68 out of the $313.63 and she just couldn't explain why. The insurance agent, the professional in this situation couldn't explain why i was getting only a $68 refund, which I've still yet to receive. So total this month I have paid $538.68 with no refund in sight. Beverly could care less and I'm aware of that but I'm a single mother who does everything alone and she has put me in such a bind. I've never been treated such way by an insurance company, Don't trust these people!
