  I walked in and noticed dirty windows. Gentlemen did not greet me with a smile more like stood there at the cash register. I placed my order and asked for well done. While looking for a seat I noticed the floor with food crumbs. Floor needed to be swept. I received my order and asked the employee that these were supposed to be well done and she gave me a "verbal confirmation". The wings were warm and NOT well done. I ordered two flavors and both had little to no seasoning. I could tell these wings had been sitting and not fresh. The major reason I eat at the store is for fresh food. This location failed in all three areas of food, atmosphere and service. ATTN: Owner/Management Plenty of room for improvement and training opportunities for your team.

  Had an order on Super Bowl Sunday and wasn’t sure what to expect. These guys knocked it out of the park! Well oiled machine, they were highly organized and had my order ready right on time! Great work!
