  I just want to say every time I come into this store, the employees are SO friendly and welcoming! I come in for Amazon returns mostly, but yesterday came in with a lap harp that needed to be returned. I didn't have the original box, but the manager and employee (Trevor?? #354540) was SO helpful and considerate, really going the extra mile to get measurements, and think through how to craft a box to ship it in. They had to cut another box to piece together. I am so grateful for your help in shipping something so delicate. I left knowing it was in good hands! Thank you!!

  Worse experience. The service person tells me my delivery will be there on Wendsday, charges me $30.00 & then I check the tracking and it shows arrival til Saturday. Call to find out what happened, Trevor (manager) tells me I signed, so there is no guarantee. Like what on earth. Worse experience.

  I just wanna say that the new young man that they’ve hired has been nothing but sweet and kind every time I’ve come in! His smile and attitude are just contagious, he was helping me out and explained to me that he’s still learning some things, Well I think he’s doing a fantastic job and he’s definitely got a good work ethic and great customer service skills from what I’ve witnessed. 10/10
