Ordered mango habanero as a walk in and waited in store for at least 30 minutes, it took them those 30 minutes to tell me they didn’t have mango habanero like they couldn’t tell me that since the start?? Instead they had me waste my time there when I could have gone to another location! They did the same bs to the people that had ordered after me. And yeah I understand if they ran out on the spot but no I over heard the girl that works in the kitchen tell the cashier girl that she had forgotten to mention to her that they had no more mango habanero since way before!!!. I had somewhere to be with those wings and had to take another flavor that we don’t even really like all because of their fault and like I said I had somewhere to be and had to take wings! Couldn’t go to another location because I wasn’t gonna get there in time before they closed! I’m so pissed I waisted my money on this when it’s not what I asked for !!! Do better bruh

I’m a longtime Wingstop customer, so this experience was disappointing, but I do appreciate that it was eventually made right. 🙌🏽
When I arrived to pick up a family meal order, I was informed that my order had mistakenly been given to someone else. After waiting for a while without a resolution, I decided to request a refund so I could head to the Stuebner location closer to home.
The Stuebner location provided a much smoother experience. My food was hot, fresh, and ready when I arrived, which I truly appreciated after a long evening.
At the original location, the manager on duty explained that the refund could not be processed without the GM. Although it took several phone calls and much longer than expected.
After waiting 6 weeks and finally speaking with the manager, Charles, he was able to help resolve the issue and process the refund. I’m grateful for his assistance and professionalism in getting everything taken care of.
Mistakes happen, and while the process was frustrating at times, I appreciate the team members who were kind and willing to help along the way.

Got here at 12:23. Waited for 15mins to be told they stopped service 10 mins ago because they have so many online orders. There was 4 online orders with 3 ladies in the kitchen. Horrible seniority.
