Nothing nice to say about this location of wingstop. The food is "TRASH" the wings are hard, crispy and undercooked. I don't even know how that is possible. They claim the wait time is 10 minutes and it is NEVER 10 minutes! The cashiers must be very incompetent, I have to repeat my order to them and they still manage to get it wrong. They can never spell your name correct, even if you spell it out to them. They have recently removed the interior furniture so no one sits inside and waits for their orders. I have seen many people coming in to complain about incorrect orders. Today I asked for a sandwich with Cajun season and they decided to give me "original hot" đ the only thing this establishment gets right are the fries. These are not wing experts, I say replace the entire staff and start over or dismantle the location.

Arrived at 9:53 PM while the store hours clearly stated they close at 10:00 PM. When I asked the manager, Amy, to take my order, she refused and said they were âclosed and cleaning,â even though there were still 5 active orders on the board being prepared in the kitchen at that exact moment.
I asked why I couldnât place an order if the store wasnât closed yet, and she told me I could place it online in front of her instead of her simply taking it herself. That made absolutely no sense considering they were still actively preparing food. I ended up placing the order on my phone while standing there.
The interaction was rude and unprofessional. As someone who works in restaurant management myself, I fully understand wanting to close and get out on time â but if your posted closing time is 10:00 PM, then customers should still be able to order until 10:00 PM. Cleaning and shutdown procedures happen after closing, not before.
Very disappointing experience and poor customer service from management.

If I could leave a zero I would! Now I can admit that I order food a little late before realizing what time they actually close. But I pull up right at 10 to get my food and a worker sees/hears me at the door and chooses to ignore me. Iâm continuously knocking and she waves me off as if she doesnât care. Mind yall my food is already made and waiting for me to pick it up. A finger to say one second goes a long way. But choosing to ignore me through a glass door is rude. Minutes go by and the phone is ringing but no one is answering. Finally the manger shows up hands me my food but really nothing else for the rude worker in the kitchen. Not even an apology for how I was treated. Customer service needs to be taught at this location because communication goes a long way. Even if they chose to not make my order because of the timing. At least open the door and communicate with me there was nothing that could be done except me getting my money back from the app.
