  The food is always under cooked the wings are larger than a normal wing and the wings are always like a rubber feeling.! I have tried them several times and the same thing is the case every time.! They need to get some different workers who know how to cook or something. The price you pay for this food and the service doesn’t match.!

  Horrible customer service. Workers stop answering the phone after a certain time most likely because they’re too lazy to take anymore orders. they purposefully left me on hold, & when I tried to call again they never picked up the phone. definitely wont be ordering from this location again

  Ordered online for pickup and it was ready by the time we got there but they were understaffed so we had to wait a while for the cashier to tend to the customers before us. There was a leak somewhere that caused half floor at the entrance to be flooded. We went because we heard that they had a new flavor: the sweet chamoy for both the wing sauce and ranch. A little bummed because it was also advertised they had a new limited-time Fanta flavor but it was unavailable at this location. We wanted to try different flavors as well so we did 2 of the 6-wing combo deals. For the 1st combo, we got half of the lemon pepper wings (can never go wrong with that!) and half of the sweet chamoy with chamoy ranch. The chamoy flavor wasn't that present; it was mainly sweet with a tad bit of a sour and spicy kick. I would say it tasted like Honey BBQ but more on the savory side. The chamoy ranch was decent, but not as good as the original. For the 2nd combo, we got half of the mango habanero and half of the atomic wings, both flavors in which we haven't tried before. The mango habanero was perfect: it had a great balance of spice that paired well with the sweetness of the mango. I think it is now going to be my new go-to order! The atomic wings were a let down; it was way too saucy and there wasn't any flavor other than spicy. We haven't been to Wingstop in a long time because we didn't realize they offered the fries in different flavors besides cajun and seasoned! We got the lemon pepper and sweet chamoy seasonings. The fries were topped with their dry-rub powder of the flavor and wasn't tossed so it was not distributed well. The lemon pepper does not go well on the fries as it was too zesty.

  5/5 stars! Great experience every time I come here. The food is always fresh, hot, and made right. What stood out the most was how kind and welcoming the staff were. A special shoutout to my tíos, Gerardo S. Benitez and Jesus “Chuy” Benitez, for their outstanding customer service. They work hard, treat everyone with respect, and make the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for great wings and friendly service, this Wingstop is the place to go. Highly recommend!

  Ordered wing stop last night. I ask for my wings to be fried well done. Once I arrived to work I noticed my wings wasn’t well done like I asked. So I called today to let them know about my order. The manager told me basically instead of throwing the food out. I should have kept it throughout my entire shift. Then brought them home and came back to the restaurant to return them. All because they messed up on my order.
