Very upset with my order from today. I ordered 30 piece all flats asked for them to be made extra well done, picked up my order got home to have dinner with my family the wings where extremely soggy looked like they where under cook. I would like a refund for my order. I won’t be ordering food from here no more $86 worth of food that we couldn’t eat
No tengo nada malo que decir de la comida pero el servicio es pésimo, quien me atendió de nombre "Ariel" sus ganas de trabajar son nulas, su actitud fue muy mala, mejor compren en otro establecimiento.

You can’t pay in cash! I ordered and tried to pay and the dude responded with “we can’t make change” which is kinda strange given I pay with cash at every other Wing stop in Houston no problem. I think they just don’t want to do their jobs!

Went to the wingstop on little York and paid with the same cash no issues!! These people are just lazy!!
Last night I came into wingstop and or Order an All flats order they were kind of rude but a young man with a durag came up front to check what the problem was; I told him my wings were NOT hard like I wanted them he said okay and fixed it quickly I want to apologize to him because I was mad after talking with the girls he is very professional.

I’ve been coming to this Wingstop for a while now, and I have to give a huge shoutout to DQ. He took my order on my very first day, and the service was so good that he’s the reason I keep coming back.
It’s rare to find someone who is consistently awesome, professional, and genuinely cares about the customer experience every single time. Every visit is seamless because of him. If you’re stopping by, hope you’re lucky enough to have DQ at the counter—he’s the best in the business! 10/10 service.
