  This was my go to Wingstop up until today, reason being the size of the wings decreased significantly. I wish I took pictures but even one wing in my 5 year olds hand looked tiny 😔

  Service and execution here continues to decline. Ordered a 10- wing combo, 2 flavors, 1-hr ahead of my pick up time. Called 30 mins out and asked for the 5 flats to be one of the flavors, the 5 drums to all be the other flavor. Arrived to the store at the prescribed time; they had not even started my order (it WAS showing on their TV). Verbally asked again about the way I wanted the flavors arranged and they said no problem. Got my order 20 mins after the prescribed time. What I actually received: 11 drums, 1 flat. But hey at least the flat was in the correct flavor. 2nd star is bc the wings are still decent. 1 star for everything else.

  I cannot remember the last time I WANTED to leave a review or even asked the cashiers name because I needed to know if it was her. Adriana, from the moment I called to place my pick up order. You were sweet, you asked if I was okay holding which I wasn’t because I am tired but I said sure. She apologized for the wait and I proceeded to place my order. She was very patient and answered all my questions and suggested an alternative. I hung feeling like wow this person was super sweet and attentive. I get to the place , she greeted with a smile and took my payment then proceeded to ask if I knew about the rewards club and about the survey and all the things I could get if I did the survey. I did the survey… I asked if she was the one answering the phone and she replied yes. I told her “You were very polite and I’m doing a review just for you”. After a long day, to have someone polite, patient and informative makes you forget about the food and your long day. Thank you Adriana.

  Ugh, I hate to leave a bad reviews specially on my favorite fast food restaurant. I ordered Lemmon pepper but I got Lemmon pepper oil instead. I could seriously use the amount of oil they gave me to fry my own wings at home 💀 I’ll be driving an extra 5 minutes to the Yale location from now on the last I ordered from there it was freshly made.
