    I had ordered online but I am guessing it didn’t register on their side. Told the employee he understood and told the manager. The manager took it upon himself to take care of my order. Food came out great. Amazing employee, amazing manager and amazing customer service.

    Food was cold and manager didn’t do anything about it. Wanted me to “bring back” my cold fries so he could “remake” them.

    My husband and I order at this location a lot and have never had this issue. I called to try to place an order and asked Flor if they had any specials and she answered “No”. I looked online after I asked her and it appeared they have specials for today. Called back to try to get someone else to help me since Flor didn’t seem to care about her customer or know how to answer questions. ( Every-time I asked her a question she just ignored my question and said “ No” ) When I requested someone else she said “ No, it’s me” and then I insisted and kindly requested to hand me the phone to someone else who can help me answer my questions. She said “No” and hung up on me for the second time. Please hire someone that speaks English and knows what they’re selling in addition to having good customer service. Will not be coming back and will let my family and friends about this experience.
