  Was on hold for 33 minutes, instead of “manager” acknowledging the issue she defended her employee. Unprofessional. I TOTALLY understand the need to help other customer but they lack communication and accountability… will definitely reach out to their corporate office…

  Ordered here faithfully, WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN !! Workers at night are extremely unprofessional and seem to hate their jobs. Called to change a wing flavor that I mistakenly ordered got hung up on because what I “wasn’t saying nothing important “. That’s what was told when to me by the same man when I called back and asked why I was hung up on. Would’ve canceled order but it was too late. Will not be back or giving money to this location. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Today I called in to place an order and every time I would’ve called the phone with a pick up and then hang up this was around 11 PM so I decided to drive up there and call in the store and witness the cashier hanging up the phone instead of answering and taking orders. This is extremely unprofessional workers are extremely lazy. If you don’t want my service guess I won’t be ordering from this location again.
