  I had a very disappointing experience at Wingstop, particularly with the customer service provided by an employee named Lilly. The food was horrible, and when I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, I expected the proper protocol to be followed to remake the order or provide an appropriate accommodation. Unfortunately, Lilly did not handle the situation professionally, and I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. The assistant managers also failed to properly address the situation or ensure the appropriate customer-service procedures were followed. Customers should not have to argue or repeatedly explain themselves when there is a legitimate issue with their food. I hope management provides additional training on customer service, proper remake procedures, and how to handle complaints professionally. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, Lilly did not do what she could to take care of the situation and I hope the location takes their customers seriously.

  I was at my mothers friends house and then he decided to order some Wingstop, I never to eat Wingstop again but since I hadn’t tried their wings, I decided to give it another chance and it wasn’t good, first they got the order wrong, my brother wanted Korean BBQ but instead we got a different flavor, the fries were unseasoned and dry, the wings had no actual flavor and the only flavor that packed a punch were the lemon pepper wings, I will add no further comments to my review

  For a fast food restaurant this place was amazing. My daughter and I just stopped by for a quick late lunch. Everyone especially the counter guy was super nice. Order came out right and food was tasty. My expectations were met. If we are in the area again, we are stopping here. Thanks for making our experience wonderful. Also restroom was clean! Love that.
