    IMO, this location used to be good. But when people have items missing, a few of the workers (the females in particular) like to smirk and say things to other employees. That don't bother me, I paid for it, so I'm going to get it. The night shift females need training in customer service.

    At first I wondered why this location had such low ratings. Well now I know, I called this location on Friday, January 31st. I asked for all flats, they proceed to tell me : “we stop serving all flats Wednesday (or earlier this week, on __ date). I then stated, “thank you, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.” Now my question is, HOW are you going to STOP providing a service that ALL Wingstop locations provide ? New management is needed here, the food is good and I haven’t really had terrible customer service here but they are stingy and inconsiderate with their products. Heck, I even had a large drinks here once and they gave me regular straws, not the 32oz straws. Honestly, my suggestion is that they realize the little things DO matter.

    I placed an online order here at this location accidentally . I had called to see if I could get a refund on my items , spoke with the Marlyn ( manager ) she told me I could not get the refund for the items I had purchase . That makes absolutely no sense when at other places you easily can get a refund . Over $30 of purchase . I was at the correct location to pick up my order , when both ladies in front told me I should’ve have gotten my refund regardless if each store is different by owner .
