  I am submitting this formal statement to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the management at this location. My experience was characterized by a complete lack of professionalism and a refusal to provide basic customer service assistance. Earlier today, I placed an online order and realized shortly after that the scheduled pickup time needed to be adjusted to a later slot to accommodate my lunch break. I proactively called the store to explain the error and requested that the order be prepared for the later time instead of the immediate default. Rather than assisting with this simple request, the manager on duty was intentionally difficult, rude, and dismissive. They made no effort to cooperate or find a solution, despite my attempt to resolve the timing issue well in advance. This unhelpful attitude turned a minor scheduling correction into a major inconvenience. The manager’s conduct was entirely unacceptable for someone in a leadership position. I am reporting this incident because I expect a standard of professional courtesy that was not met today. I look forward to your response regarding how this lack of service will be addressed.
