    DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE EITHER IN STORE OR ONLINE TO BE DELIVERED. The staff and the manager doesn't wear gloves, hairnets, or beard nets when it comes to handling food. All the women had the hair tied with them hanging long and out of the hats. The manager touches everything and doesn’t wash his hands or wear a beard net. When I had asked for them to wear gloves, they thought speaking Spanish to talk and act like what I said was dumb to request thinking I’m white and I wouldn’t understand what they said. They were too busy talking, laughing, and dancing to the music they were playing. The manager says they won’t wear gloves because they work with multiple orders. I canceled my order and requested a refund after hearing that BS excuse from the manager. In order to get your Food Handlers certificate you learn to WEAR GLOVES when handling customers food. When I worked in food service I would’ve been threatened to be fired if I didn’t wear gloves. They want your money but don’t want to give good service.

    I’m really disappointed with this Wingstop location. I tried calling multiple times — around 10 times — because I needed to make a change to my order, but no one ever answered the phone. It’s frustrating when you can’t get in contact with anyone for something so simple, especially after placing an order. Customer service and communication definitely need improvement.
