Every time i come up here the elderly lady named Laura is so ugly towards customers seems like they do not care about their own customers because i have the same issue with her attitude problems as well as hanging up the phone or such putting me on hold on she is not a nice lady but you guys do need to make better choices and hire someone fit and suitable for the position

I genuinely didn’t realize I was applying for a job when I ordered from Wingstop, but apparently that’s part of the experience now. Ordered online, showed up, said hello… and got completely ignored. Not a glance, not a “be with you in a second,” nothing. Just me standing there questioning my life choices for a solid 10 minutes while the staff acted like I was invisible. Eventually, I figured maybe this location is self-service? So I went ahead and grabbed my own cups. At that point, I was basically one step away from clocking in, because I also had to reach over the counter and grab my own bag of food. Should I have just gone back and started making wings too? And after all that? The food was just as disappointing as the service. Wings were dry, voodoo fries were dry; honestly impressive how they managed to remove all moisture from everything on the menu. If I had known I’d be working my shift for free, I would’ve at least worn non-slip shoes. Also, adding a picture of one of the employees here so management can maybe recognize who was on “break” the entire time.
