  I went in to order and ended up sitting here for almost 30 minutes with ZERO service ! There was no sense of urgency, there were only 2 other people there who came in AFTER me and on top of that I’ve been to plenty of other Wingstops and NEVER had this issue.

  So disappointed, just ordered some plain boneless wings for my son, and they send me Korean bbq, i paid delivery and it wasn’t my fault the did the wrong order, now the want me to go get the order, so sad about it, wont order from there anymore

  Worst customer service experience. Management kept going back and forth and said they first needed to verify with their employees whether they remembered what happened before they could process my refund. I never received any update, even though I was told I would get a call back. I called on two separate occasions and was promised a callback both times, but no one ever called me back. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service.
