    Had an order accuracy issues. Had an issue where one shift manager didn’t past the message to the next shift manager. (That was a whole mess) Got in touch with the new GM Who took care of the customer. Original experience was a 0.5 After speaking with the GM 4.5 and the accuracy issue was corrected in full, all around. -Garrick

    Bad. My tenders were burnt and my garlic parmesan tenders were just plain tenders with cheese sprinkled untop🙁

    Horrible experience for it being my first time going to this wingstop location and I will never be back. I placed an over the phone and then called back to add more to my order and I told that it would be another 20 mins which i was fine with. When I arrived, 1 part of my order was ready and the other part wasn't but it ended up taking another 40 more mins for the other wings to be ready. AND Instead of me getting what I actually ordered which was boneless, they gave me classic wings instead and they tasted horrible. They also forgot the condiments of cheese sauce that I paid 1.89 for. I won't be back. Should definitely work on your ordering system and training the employees better. 0/10 experience and the food was horrible and I won't be back. 44.66 for some food that I could barely even swallow down to eat. Smh! I was offered to give my phone # so the next time I order I will receive a credit, but they dont have to worry about that because I WONT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL.
