  I’m extremely disgusted with my experience today. I found a hair in my food, and after seeing that, I couldn’t continue eating it. I have pictures showing exactly what happened. This is unacceptable when ordering food from a restaurant. I’m asking management to take this seriously and make this right she just cancel order n hung up in my face . Because of how unacceptable this experience was, I believe a month of complimentary food would be a fair way to compensate me for this experience. I hope management reaches out and resolves this appropriately.

  Quality has declined. My wings tasted undercooked (gummy texture) and the meat tasted so bland no flavor at all I had to throw them away. Fries were also cold
