  I went in to receive simple assistance with completing an online order that I was having trouble with and was met with the worst customer service from the manager who is supposed to be the example. The female manager here does not want to be bothered. I decided to just leave instead.

  This place needs to be audited Marissa who claims to be the "manager" for this location needs to be investigated or maybe retrained, while I was there last night there were already 4 other people who had complaints including me and she had a terrible attitude with all of us. I ordered 2 of the 3 piece chicken tender combos when I received my orders one of the orders barely had any sauce on the tenders they were almost naked and also over cooked, the soda machine tasted like it needed soda added to it because it was watered down and the "Manager" Marissa had a nasty sarcastic attitude she kept disappearing when asked to tend to that issue, no matter how nice I was she was very rude. I asked Marissa for the corporate office number and she had refused to give it to me and then claimed she didn't know the number afterwards, she eventually after me asking again before I left pulled out her phone with an attitude and gave me the phone number for corporate. This place would be a lot better if they had the right employees on their team.
