  Oh my goodness, I just had to reach out and share how absolutely brilliant Jessica was when I called in today! I needed to place an order, and from the get-go, she was an absolute breath of fresh air. Seriously, her approach to customer service isn't just good; it's genuinely outstanding. She handled my request with such remarkable grace and efficiency that the entire process felt completely effortless. It's not often you encounter someone who can make ordering feel so straightforward and pleasant. Every step was flawlessly executed, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Her bright and engaging personality truly shines through, and it's clear she makes a conscious effort to go above and beyond for everyone she interacts with. She truly sets a high bar! I was thoroughly impressed and wanted to make sure her fantastic work didn't go unnoticed. I've honestly been so impressed by her incredible work ethic and dedication. She really pours her heart into everything she does, and consistently delivers fantastic results. I genuinely believe she'd absolutely shine in a promoted role and has definitely earned that next step up.

  Do not order online! They sent old wings, we ordered watch party 20 wings, they were not fresh, non chewable, rubbery and cold . Worst meal, even fries were not fresh. Very disappointed!

  I asked for bone less and they gave me bone in I hate bone in and I couldn’t even return it because they closed the lady even repeated my order

  They don’t know the specials. I call and I was told there wasn’t any specials on a Sunday. Granted I mentioned the 30 piece but the email said on Thursdays. So I asked if there were ANY other specials!!!!!!! I call back and get someone else and they said the ONLY special they have is the 20 piece bone in and boneless. Cool. Can I get the bone in special please. “You want the 20 piece classic game day special?” “Can I please get the 20 piece bone in special” “I’m just trying to make sure…” “You only gave me 2 OPTIONS sir lol and I hang up” because why are we making this difficult. I always go to this one because it is close but I refuse to give my money and went to another location. I pray they have a smooth shift cause that was crazy.
