  Very Very Dissatisfied! My order was incorrect and when I called back to talk with a manger I was given the run around! I simply wanted to let them know that they may want to take time when it comes to giving out to go orders to the correct person. The names Kelly and Nelly sound similar so I was understanding about the mixup. Mistakes happen and I thought it wasn’t a biggie. However when I was told by a “manager” that I needed to bring the food back to get my order; I explained that I live across town. There was a brief bit of silence and then I responded with are you still on the phone and I replied yes and I followed up with it would be nice to have a simple apology…without being combative and I was basically told in so many words and yet subliminally that I wasn’t getting one today! Moving forward I have worked the service industry for quite sometime and understand once again that things happen; however there is a way to go about having proper etiquette. In conclusion I’m very disappointed in the audacity and they poor treatment I received from WingStop on 10001 Westheimer Rd Suite 2525 Houston Texas 77042. Please do better!

  I don’t know if the management changed but my order would be perfect all the time no since the beginning of this year since I’d been going everything is over seasoned even when I ask for light seasoning and it’s a pool of grease at the bottom.

  I called the store because I forgot to add cheese for my fries. Adrian answered my call. He was very professional and in less than one minute he fixed my issue. Being in the customer service legal industry I value when someone goes above and beyond. Thanks so much Adrian the way you handle the call, exceeded my expectations. Again, thank you so much Adrian and thank you to the staff. You guys are the best. Love your wings!!!
