  I ordered just fries to go with my lunch and spotted what I thought was a spice ball. It was a fried bug. It took me over three weeks to get the issue resolved. I was told I would get a refund on my card but the store opted to just give me credit for my next order when I’m never going back. It was a waste of time and money.

  I usually love Wingstop, but the service at this location is a joke. The woman working the register was rude from the start and clearly did not want to be at work today. My order was finished and just sitting there, but she completely forgot about it and ignored me. I had to wait around and eventually ask for my own food. The most frustrating part was watching another customer approach right after me—she was suddenly fast, attentive, and gave them their food immediately. Complete double standard and trash service. Save your time and go somewhere else.

  The manager smell like strong alcohol and he was extremely rude and talking to me sluggish like a drunk person. I ask him, his name and he told me it was Jose and he’s the general manager. I didn’t even get to order because he was rushing me and was being rude
