  recently visited during my lunch break and ordered 6 Cajun wings, but was given buffalo hot instead. I didn’t realize until I had already eaten a couple due to being on a time limit. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, I was told only 3 wings could be remade since I had already eaten some. While I understand that perspective, the issue was the order was incorrect to begin with. What was more disappointing was the lack of professionalism—there was no apology for the mistake, and the interaction came across as rude. I wasn’t expecting anything unreasonable, just better customer service and acknowledgment of the error. Very disappointing.
