  IF i could give zero starts i would. I have NEVER experienced racism right dead in my face . starting when i first did the online order I called to customize my order to have HALF of my wings lemon pepper hot and the other half original hot. i literally sat in my car and watched through the window as the girl pretended to make the accommodations to my order She was literally throwing her hands up and rolling her eyes as if i was asking for too MUCH on my order that I PAID FOR! so she hangs up the phone and IMMEDIATELY CLOCK OUT AND WALKED OUT THE DOOR. i called back and spoke with someone for 1 min which i saw her go into the computer and make the changes to my order HOWEVER THE SECOND YOUNG LADY TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE A UPCHARGE FOR MAKING MY WINGS “wet” which i never heard of not even at any other wingstop UNLESS you are getting a container of sauce which I DID NOT ASK FOR! I will attach all my screenshots below! Fast forward to my order being done my friend goes inside to get the order , he is told that we DID NOT PAY FOR THE FOOD AND DID NOT HAVE AN ORDER. it was a security guard from ALLIED SECURITY who we was able to get his attention HE DID NOT SPEAK well english , so he goes into the store at this point the security guard has my phone to go in and let the worker know THAT I INDEED DID PAY FOR MY ONLINE ORDER TO THE CORRECT RESTAURANT. not even 5 mins later the guard come out and says “she said she will give refund” no apology no i found the order and just made a mistake NO! just a refund which still have not gotten my money back for . I THEN CALLED THE REAL POLICE BECAUSE THE GAURD HAD BLOCKED THE DOOR WE LITERALLY WAS OUT THERE FROM 12:05 til 1:57 AM which was 2 mins BEFORE THEY CLOSED. IT WAS NO MANAGER ON DUTY JUST A WHOLE STORE RAN BY DISRESPECTFUL KIDS. i will attach ALL TIME STAMPS BELOW. after saying they were closed and i couldn’t enter the store at 1:57 a car pulled up and a hispanic man got out and was GRANTED ENTRY INTO THE STORE TO PICK UP HIS FOOD , BUT YET MY AFRICAN AMERICAN SELF WAS TOLD THEY WAS CLOSED AND I LEFT WITH FOOD OR MY MONEY. WORST LOCATION EVER TO SAY I DIDNT PAY FOR MY ORDER WHEN I HAD A WHOLE EMAIL TO TRACK MY ORDER DEF RUBBED ME AND MY FRIEND THE WRONG WAY WE WAS BASICALLY BEING ACCUSED OF TRYING TO COME IN AND TAKE SOMEONE ELSE ORDER BECAUSE THE WINGSTOP WORKING WHICH SAID HER NAME WAS WENDY FAILED TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY OF HER WRONG AND AWFULLY MADE DECISIONS! I WILL BE TAKING THIS FUTHER TI CORPORATE BECAUSE WHAT I EXPERIENCED LAST NIGHT NO HUMAN BEING SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH ANYTHING LIKE THAT EVER‼️

  I ordered my wings online for delivery and some of my order was missing, but the female manager took control of the situation and made sure I received my order. Great job and thank you for going above and beyond. Sorry I didn't get your name for your kudos.

  Arder over 45 and had atomic wind employee refuse to give me cups for water. I even ask to pay for the cups . But a she wanted to charge me about 14 dollars. Is just sad. I have been to other wing stops and have been given cups. I won't come back to this location.
