  Update: You know exactly who this is because I messaged you before leaving my review and asked you to correctly report the claim. I also told you I would gladly remove my review if you corrected the reporting. Instead of doing that, you ignored me. My review is honest and justified. My neighbor hit my car when I was parked and did $3k in damages. I was stuck with the bill. This insurance company reported it as though I was at fault. My car insurance payment has SKYROCKETED. They have sent proof I wasn't at fault but think I should have to contact Lexus Nexus to correct the claim. They made the mistake. They should correct it. Simple. Go elsewhere.
