  I shipped a book through this store to a friend and when I tracked it 4 days later, it was not found. I called UPS and was told that the package was either in the store or lost. I went to the store and finally after 5 days it was shipped. Sloppy business.

  UPDATE: New management and now this location is just like the others, they charged $1.19 to print ONE return label (they used to not charge). Celeste had terrible customer service when I mentioned that they used to not charge she was literally silent and had no response. No apology or anything. She couldn’t have cared less. It’s a shame this location turned for the worst so quickly. Won’t go out of my way to go there anymore. This ups store is the best!! They are so friendly and helpful. They don’t charge for using a piece of tape or for printing labels unlike other locations in Houston. I will gladly drive out of my way to come to this location!
