  I am writing regarding an employee named Stephen at your UPS store. On multiple occasions, I have observed Stephen throwing and mishandling packages instead of handling them with proper care. His behavior is careless and unprofessional, especially considering that customers trust UPS with valuable and sometimes fragile items. As a result of this repeated mishandling, several of my packages have arrived damaged or broken. This has caused inconvenience, frustration, and concern about the safety of items entrusted to your store. In addition to the package handling His conduct creates an unpleasant experience and does not reflect the level of customer service I expect from UPS. I request that management investigate this matter, review any available security footage if applicable, and take appropriate corrective action to ensure packages are handled. Thank you for your attention to this serious concern.
