  I was there with my daughter on 6/8. The store had a long line of folks dropping off packages (per usual). That is a very busy store and while it can be frustrating for both the customer as well as the employees (specially with the AC not working), I want to acknowledge Ms. Stacy Lancey for keeping a smile on her face the entire time we were there and providing great customer service to each and every customer including myself. She sets a great example of what immaculate customer service should be no matter the circumstances. All the staff are friendly and helpful but i wanted to shine light on Ms. Lancey today. She's awesome and offered great and speedy service. :)

  Most UPS Visits Are Dreadful However This Location Has Great Staff That Make It A Pleasant Experience. I Watched As Ms. Mia Remained Calm And Positive In The Face Of The Morning Rush. The Manager Ms. Stacy Also Jumped Right In And Assisted With Great Customer Service. Thank Yall For Your Help. I Sent Some Certified Mail Which Was Very Confusing Online But They Both Helped Me Out In Getting It Sent.

  I have visited this location many times of the past several years. As of late, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. It is to be expected that the line may be long upon arrival, as many businesses (especially online businesses like Amazon) these days rely on shipping/package return, so this does not bother me. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to send a package, even at peak times. Staff always remain calm and professional. Stacey and Jacquelyn are so kind and considerate!
