  I come in this ups regular to print and send packages. The service is always top tier. Today Jacquelyn and the manager I believe her name was Stacy were so nice and helpful not just to me but to everyone as I seen come in. Excellent customer service ladies!

  *Warning!* They overcharged me for packing material...literally $40 for inserting bubble wrap and taping the box closed. By then, I had waited an hour in line. The line was out the door, and the employees were offensively slow and lazy. The customers could do nothing but wait or go somewhere else. The level of incompetence by the store supervisor was frightening, considering most customers were just sending returns. But the packing-material-con-job was unexpected. You will get more honest and respectful service at the post office. For returns, go to Whole Foods or Kohls. Save yourselves!!!
