  I had a wonderful experience at this USPS location in Richmond! The staff were incredibly patient, kind, and friendly throughout my visit. I came here to complete my Live Scan fingerprinting, and the employee guided me through every step. My hands get really sweaty, so it took a long time and several attempts to get good scans. Despite that, they never seemed frustrated or rushed. They stayed positive, patient, and encouraging the entire time, and I truly appreciated their kindness. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I’m very grateful for such a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing fingerprint service.
