  I had to return a very inconveniently large package to Amazon, and the staff at this UPS store were so helpful, literally just took over and handled it for me. I didn’t catch their names, but the man and woman working on the morning of 8/4/26 were so helpful and sweet, the man even helped me carry the package from my car.

  Very bad service. They are charging customers unfairly. I was charged $10 just to return my package, which felt like they were trying to take extra money from customers. To collect the package which is shipped to their store they charging me $25 which is not appropriate. There was not in the amazon portal about the shipping cost . The staff argued with me instead of helping, and their tone was rude and unprofessional. I had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend using their service. Please think twice before choosing this place.

  Male owner or manager was very rude. My package was delivered incorrectly to this location rather than my home. I asked several times for help with the package to my car as it was 40lbs in weight. He had the audacity to try and give me a cart to use, which I still would have not been able to lift this package into my car. Luckily the young female associate offered and disregarded the gentleman when he told her not to. At 8 months pregnant this was very unacceptable customer service from a manager when the package should have been delivered to my home.
