  I came to this store today to print an urgent document from my phone. I was assisted by Pedro, and for some reason, the file wasn't going through to their email—an issue that was definitely on my end, not the store's. Pedro completely blew me away with his dedication. He never gave up, tried multiple workarounds patiently, and worked through the problem until everything was printed successfully. It is very rare to experience this level of customer service and genuine commitment nowadays. Truly top-notch service—thank you, Pedro!

  My print order didn’t go through and I called the store for help. Tom had me email him what I needed printed and even recommended different paper that would work better! He had my order ready within an hour and was so kind and helpful. Thanks so much!
