  The 1 star has NOTHING to do with the reps that verified MY SIGNATURE ON MY DRIVER LICENSE and contacted the owner to review the tapes. But everything to do with the IRRESPONSIBLE employee either allowing someone to SIGN for my package or the THIEVING employee SIGNING my name on September 17, 2026 at 3:17 pm (or a little after 2:00pm) per the tracking information at this specific UPS store, especially after seeing the sender. But of course NOTHING can be done at the moment except wait on updates from 2 companies. Any other time, I have a good experience here. I'm in and out. But with this oversight when my package REQUIRED AN ID and SIGNATURE is unacceptable and inexcusable. Update: it has been 24 hours and the owner has not provided any updates to me directly nor his staff about who signed for my phone. Reviewing the tapes should not take this long.

  Have had success with returning several Amazon packages here (so I know it can happen..) but I have had 2 here that have never been returned so I had to end up paying for the items. I will skip this UPS store and drive further because this has not happened with other UPS stores. Beware.
