She helped us with our return and made everything so easy and stress-free. Her customer service was excellent, and she made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. - KMkaren massieAug 1, 20262.0When this location first opened, I was thrilled to have them nearby for easy online returns. The guys who helped were always smiling and friendly. The self-serve Amazon return kiosk is a nice bonus. I had a really negative experience the last few times. An employee ripped open a box I packaged for a department store return, then asked why I didn’t have a label. (I followed all protocols from the department store like I have dozens of times). She then acted surprised that I hadn’t brought extra tape to reseal the package she unnecessarily ripped open? I also showed her a QR code and she said it wasn’t right, despite the text beneath reading “Scan at the UPS Store” On another visit, I approached the desk where I had an employee tell me to wait a minute. As I waited, someone else walked in, headed to the desk, and the same employee managed to help them as I stood waiting, completely befuddled. I’m going to try once more, but I’m not gonna lie. Some of these employees need remedial support.
